Surrounded by the cevenols greenhouses, the village of Jaujac, labeled "village of character", is nestled between the youngest volcano of Ardèche and long flows basaltic classified by UNESCO World Geopark.
It arouses curiosity by the presence of several castles and fortified houses as well as its beauty
unique of its geosites. From the Maison du Parc naturel régional des Monts d'Ardèche, venture along the beautiful route and discover the exceptional fauna and flora of the Ardèche heritage. Throughout your journey, cobbled streets, paths and forest tracks will embellish your ride. You will cross the hamlets of the village of St Cirgues de prades At the top, very beautiful view of the valley of the Lignon the Tanargue and the Val de Ligne. Going down from the pass, you will take the old route de Largentière.

Saint-Bonnet church
The actual Jaujac’s church has been built in 1848-1852. It presents vault in three-centered arch, paintings in the choir, three golden wood statues and a organ of 23 games installed in 1970 (concert).
